Accommodation review in central Paris – Hotel Stella Etoile

Hotel Stella Etoile Paris is a 3* hotel in central Paris. We stayed here for one night during our road trip through France. The hotel is located just off the Arc De Triumph and Champs Elyse. The room was small but clean and had an amazing view – it was located on the fifth floor. The bathroom was small but clean too. However, there was something wrong with the bathroom door – we couldn’t lock it. We didn’t bother to do anything about it because we were there just for the night. I should mention that we were two adults and a 12-year-old, so if you go as a couple the room will be perfect.Hotel Stella Etoile in central Paris
The hotel offers breakfast for an extra charge but there is a bakery just 10 meters down the street, where you will get much more value for money. The personnel were friendly and spoke English.

As this was a high season the prices were accordingly high too – we paid 250 euro for one night. We were a bit late with our bookings and we were looking for a hotel with a view since we were only staying in Paris for one night. The area was quite nice with small restaurants and bakeries and it was close to the main street with shopping and attractions such as Champs Elyse and Arc De Triumph. The room had a french balcony – of course, and sunset with the view of Arc De Triumph was lovely.

Conclusion

If you are going to Paris for a very short stay – 1-2 nights, this hotel will be perfect for you. Location and the view are perfect, although expensive.
